On the remastered album Qi Gong Harmony by Temple Society, the compositions are primarily aimed at balancing Yin and Yang and harmonizing the life energy Qi. The Asian instruments Erhu, Ban Di and Guzhen promote physical and mental relaxation during movement meditations such as Qi Gong or Tai Chi.
